Selecting the right home inspector can be challenging.  Varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing.  I'm Ron Rupp, at AHB Inspections the inspection business is my life passion and I enjoy helping families all over the greater Chicago area.

Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. Permitting me to inspect your new home, as a certified home inspector, I personally guarantee quality and thorough comprehensive inspections.  This I promise you. I possess all the knowledge and professional experience you need to help you make an educated decision on possibly the largest investment of your life.

Buyer and Seller Inspection Services

BUYER HOME INSPECTION - This type of inspection is my most popular inspection. Typically these types of people order this inspection, Contracted Buyers, and Investors. Whether you're looking to inspect the whole house or just a portion of it, AHB Inspections includes in-depth quality scan.

SELLER INSPECTION - Also known as a Pre-Listing Inspection, with over 80% of homes being sold with contractual contingencies requiring a home inspection. The popularity of pre-listing inspections has grown in the last few years, and for good reason. Having a pre-listing inspection report available for your potential buyers shows that you have exercised due-diligence. This makes it harder for the buyer to try to implement tough negotiation tactics and, in fact, may make them feel more comfortable with your home than others that they might be looking at.
